The GYJD30 is a ecconomical approach to cutting iron and steel.non pressure Oxygen Gasolene Welding and cutting system.

No more acetylene or LPG, use petrol and oxygen to cut steel quickly.

Good cutting ability.

Using this cutting method you will find no undercutting , no un-oxidized metal within the cut, cuts are clean and need little if any dressing.

Maximum cutting depth for this model is 40mm. But systems can be purchased that will cut steel of a thickness of 300mm… yes that is right 300mm.

Not only is this system the ultimate in flame cutting, but it can be used for welding metals to 5mm thick, heating all metals, silver soldering; brazing, lead welding and for non ferrous metal welding.

The flame temperature is 3000-3300C. So can melt most metals easily excluding tungsten.

The preheating of steel prior to cutting is just a fraction of the time when using acetylene/oxy. And much faster then lpg/oxy methods.Compared to the acetylene/oxy method, this petrol/oxy system can save up to 90% of the energy input.

This non-pressure oxy-petrol welding & cutting system comes with a 10L petrol tank that has inbuilt safety features.A long length of special twin petrol & oxygen hose 10m.Note this is special hose, never use acetylene hose for petrol.

A cutting/heating torch with 3 differing sized tips.

A welding /heating torch with 3 differing sized tips.

A tool box that contains equipment to clean tips, and spanners to tighten nuts etc.

A “how to use” booklet written in plain Australian English.

The cost of this non-pressure oxy-petrol welding & cutting system, may look high at first glance, but the equipment is well made and with proper use will last for years.

It will pay for itself on a farm for example within the first year.At the time of writing , a large bottle of acetylene costs $332.00 plus $176.00 I yr rental of the bottle. So $508.00 is a large part of the asking price of this system. You still need the oxygen bottle. Plus its rent.

At the time of writing a reasonable gas cutting/welding kit for acetylene or LPG is around $350.00So a bottle of acetylene & the equipment to go with it, is very near the price of the petrol/oxy system.

To give some idea of running costs. One bottle of acetylene is equivalent to about 3 liters of petrol ……$332 as compared to about $5.00One bottle of LPG is equivalent to 3 liters of petrol ….. $85.00 as compared to $5.00

Note here that you cannot get anything very hot with LPG… therefore cannot melt steel or weld it, unless it is very thin.

I should point out here that the oxygen gauge is not included. A hose fitting is supplied that will fit the normal cig type oxy gauge.

Spare parts are always available. as are any of the other equipment listed within the enclosed brochure By contacting me.The package has been opened to check contents and to repackage to post.

RRP $1650.00 . nearest other seller over $2500.00

I am selling this product foe au$1150.00 post free within Australia.NOTE postage outside of Australia is at cost.

The oxy-petrol cutting & welding system, is used instead of The normal acetylene or lpg gas.

First consideration is the safety factor As you should be aware petrol cannot burn as a liquid, only the vapourised petrol with oxygen burns.

This equipment on the petrol/fuel side does not need any flashback equipment fitted.

Both the acetylene bottle & the LPG bottle are potential explosive hazards. In the event they are dropped.

Using acetylene gas when cutting, leaves approximately 30% of the material from the cut not oxidizedIn deep cuts this results in much slag adhering to the work etc.Whereas petrol/oxygen oxidizers the cut material to 100%.Petrol as the fuel leaves a very clean cut.

SecondlyIs cost For the same amount of cutting

Using petrol, fuel costs will be 10% of the acetylene gas cost. Oxygen cost remain much the same.

On a heavy duty test run over an 8 hr period cutting steel 50mm thick.Acetylene/oxy versus petrol/oxy6 medium size bottles of acetylene were used, as against 60 litres of petrol.

Therefore 10L petrol does the same work as 1 bottle of acetylene.Whereas the initial cost is a lot more then a conventional set up plus acetylene bottle rental plus bottle contents.Over a period of time the extra costs are soon nullifiedAnd from then on costs are only a fraction of the original cutting costs.

Thirdly

The oxy petrol cutting torch can cut rusty & dirty steel. So is great for cutting up old machinery and scrap metal.Cuts at a minimum 30% faster then petrol or lpg.Can cut through laminated steel products,Such as a truck multi leaf spring.

This particular model the GY30 can cut to a depth of 40mm & weld to a thickness of 5mm.Petrol tank holds 10 litresHose length 10 metres. Two torches are supplied one for cutting and one for heating, brazing; welding .
